Ordered a washing machine, cooker and fridge freezer from Argos which was due to be delivered before Christmas, booked day of work and the day before delivery was due they phoned to say there would be a delay.
Didn't have the money to order else where and was told refund wouldn't be till after Christmas so though I might as well just wait the extra time.
Anyway arrived today and have noticed damage to washing machine and a dent on the side of the fridge freezer :mad:
Anyone know what rights I have? Also if I was to use the fridge freezer would it effect my rights?

Can the dent be seen of the fridge freezer when you put it where it will go?
What do you want? Exchange or money off?
Setting it up and using it maybe seen as accepting it.

Yes the dent can be seen, the washing machine has a kind of bubbling mark all down the left edge.
Id really like a replacement but do not want to have to wait another 4 weeks for delivery as I can not afford to keep using the launderette for my washing and now have shopping due and need somewhere to put it.0
