Npower - Accept ombudsman decision or take furtther?

    I've never heard of that. Under what Authority is such an order made? Data Protection?

    Are they obliged to respond?

    Yes, but they can make a charge but it has to be reasonable.

    ask the ombudsman for the case file, they will give it to you. Also ken wont cave trust me I know him well.

    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
