    Sorry, I should have been a bit clearer in the last reply! So, its part of a more complex row over getting the refund from the seller. This is just the latest issue with it I've been looking into! :-/ When they said a refund would be minus admin costs it rang alarm bells but I hadn't thought to look closely at the policy (muppet!). That was when I came across the bits in my post about timeframes and fees. Had a bit of a Google and seemed off to me. So was just asking whether I was bonkers (to be fair I probably am, haha!) or if its not quite...well allowed I suppose.
