Are all generations of this the same size?
Trying to find a case on Ebay and some ads refer to the latest one as 5th gen, some 3rd?

All Paperwhites are the exact same size regardless of generation
Edit: all the latest versions of Kindle ereaders (be it the basic model, the Paperwhite or the Voyage) are 7th generation, the Paperwhite is in it's 3rd iteration, hence why it's often referred to as PW3
