Fencing quote - is it fair?

Here is the quote I received from a local company based in Essex for the following:
To supply and install approx 145ft of fencing using Waney lap panels with wooden posts and gravel boards. The first 45ft to have an overall height of 3ft and remaining 100ft to have an overall height of 5ft. To take down and remove existing fencing from site. *Quote based on clear run and good access.

You do not mention quality nor specification. Here one is talking timber quality, fixing quality, treatment quality, strength of panel etc.

Equally, anyone with an eye on long term life, true value and sustainability does not specify a panel fence.

You are in an expensive part of the UK and I am not. However, if I go down to my local B&Q Tradepoint I can barely buy either size panel for the price you have been quoted. To this one adds a mark up or margin. I accept there will be cheaper sources than Tradepoint but I suggest you carefully scrutinise exactly what you are being offered.
