Transferring 2 balances onto 0% card

Looking to transfer 2 balances onto a 0% card. Is this possible?

Yes, if you have the available limit and both are done within the promotional time frame.

I think that was my concern, I was under the impression to gain the 'promotion' you'd only be able to transfer from one card to another?

As long as its within the timescale and under the limit you can do this - I moved two smaller balances to a large 0% card late last year

I've transferred from 3 different cards to 1 promotional rate before, so yes! They usually say a time limit you have to complete balance transfers - usually by the end of a month or within a few weeks.
