Please could someone help!
I am having a nightmare with this company.
I opened a CC with them just for £25 c/b which I received. I never activated the card.
Months later I was offered £10 if I activated the card and spent £100.
I spent the £100 and paid it off. I have since put £10 back on it (that needs paying now) as some dimwit told me they couldn't give me £10 credit if my balance was zero, the latest "customer service advisor" has told me this isn't the case.
The £10 has still never appeared. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone in the past month to them about this, they keep promising callbacks and I have received none.
I have now been guaranteed haha a call by 8pm tonight.
Any advice please? Or an email address I can contact?
I've probably spent more than £10 on phonecalls now, but it's the principle. Bangs head against wall.
TIA!
