One lucky winner and up to seven guests will enjoy a week in the Med on a luxury yacht sleeping up to eight people. If you can already sail, you can head off on your own bareboat adventure or, if you’d rather sail as part of a group and with the support of a lead crew, you can join a flotilla. Can’t sail? Don’t worry – Sunsail will provide a skipper for the duration of your holiday. Whatever you choose, you’ll get to explore, wine, dine and relax from the comfort of your floating hotel.

This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over and entrants must not be employees (nor the family of employees) of John Brown, Waitrose Ltd, Sunsail, their associated companies or anyoneelse professionally linked with the competition.

2) The closing date is 23.59 on 27 January 2016. Winners will be picked at random from all correct entries received by the closing date.

3) The result of the competition is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

4) The prize is for a one-week Sunsail Yacht Charter (up to 36ft / sleeps up to 8 people) in Croatia, Greece or Turkey. The holiday is subject to availability and date restrictions and exclusions apply.

5) The prize must be booked by 31 March 2016 and taken before 31 October 2016 inclusive. The prize is valid on departures from 28 May 2016 to 03 June 2016. Dates excluded are 01 July 2016 to 31 August 2016.

6) Important: the prize is a yacht charter and excludes flights and transfers, personal insurance, provisioning and all other incidentals

7) At least one passenger on board must have a minimum valid qualification of RYA Day Skipper or International Certificate of Competence (ICC) or RYA Day Skipper (or internationally recognised equivalent/sailing resume) to sail without a skipper, otherwise a skipper will be provided free of charge.

8) No cash alternative will be offered; the prize is non-transferable and must be taken by the named winner only.

9) The winner must be 18 years or over at time of redeeming the prize.

10) All stated prize values are at the supplier’s recommended retail price and are correct at the time of printing. John Brown excludes (so far as is permitted by law) all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense caused in connection to any competition.

11) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.

12) One entry per person. Multiple entries, submitted directly or with the use of any automated systems will not be entered into the draw. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be regarded as proof of delivery. Illegible entries or those not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified; any entry containing false, incomplete or misleading information will be ineligible for the draw.

13) By opting-in to receive further information from Sunsail, entrants agree that their personal details can be disclosed to Sunsail, and that Sunsail may use and store these details to provide further information about the company’s products.

14) By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. While every attempt will be made to contact the prize winner, the prize will be deemed forfeited if it has not been claimed by four weeks after the closing date (unless otherwise stated), and the promoter reserves the right to draw another winner.

15) The winner’s details (name and county) will be available for six weeks by sending a SAE to Waitrose Food, John Brown Media, 136-143 Bramley Road, London W10 6SR to be received after 28 January 2016.

16) This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
