Terms and Conditions −
1) This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over and entrants must not be employees (nor the family of employees) of John Brown, Waitrose Ltd, Exodus Travels, their associated companies or anyone else professionally linked with the competition.

2) The closing date is 23.59 on 27 January 2016. Winners will be picked at random from all correct entries received by the closing date.

3) The result of the competition is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

4) The prize offered is a 12 day small group trip for two on Exodus Travels’ trip to the Galapagos Islands with KLM flights included. The prize must be taken in 2016.

5) The prize includes flights from London to Quito, a free day in Quito, all accommodation based on two people sharing (7 nights aboard the Cachalote yacht in en suite, air conditioned rooms & 3 nights in hotels all in en suite rooms), all non-UK transfers, a local guide and naturalist, all breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners, snorkel equipment, all transport including the cruise, and listed activities found in the itinerary here - https://www.exodus.co.uk/trip/wag. Transport to/from the UK airport is not included in the prize.

6) The prize does not include transport to/from the winner’s home to the UK airport. The winner is also responsible for arranging and paying for travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, compulsory Galapagos taxes (USD120, approx. £70 paid locally).

7) The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be exchanged for cash. It cannot be transferred between passengers once initial names have been given, and the prize cannot be transferred to another trip if unable to travel in 2016 or for any other reason. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

8) All stated prize values are at the supplier’s recommended retail price and are correct at the time of printing. John Brown excludes (so far as is permitted by law) all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense caused in connection to any competition.

9) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.

10) One entry per person. Multiple entries, submitted directly or with the use of any automated systems, will not be entered into the draw. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be regarded as proof of delivery. Illegible entries or those not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified; any entry containing false, incomplete or misleading information will be ineligible for the draw.

11) By opting-in to receive further information from Exodus Travels, entrants agree that their personal details can be disclosed to Exodus Travels, and that Exodus Travels may use and store these details to provide further information about the company’s products.

12) By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. While every attempt will be made to contact the prize winner, the prize will be deemed forfeited if it has not been claimed by four weeks after the closing date (unless otherwise stated), and the promoter reserves the right to draw another winner.

13) The winners’ details (names and counties) will be available for six weeks by sending a SAE to Waitrose Food, John Brown Media, 136-143 Bramley Road, London W10 6SR to be received after 28 January 2016.
