Terms and Conditions−
1) This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over and entrants must not be employees (nor the family of employees) of John Brown, Waitrose Ltd, Sovereign Holidays, their associated companies or anyone else professionally linked with the competition.

2) The closing date is 23.59 on 27 January 2016. Winners will be picked at random from all correct entries received by the closing date.

3) The result of the competition is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

4) The prize is a five night holiday for two adults, staying in a deluxe mountain view room at the Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel, Majorca on a bed and breakfast basis. The holiday includes return economy flights from London to Palma Airport, Majorca and one complimentary dinner at either of the hotel’s two restaurants. Competition prize is only valid for travel between 18th March and 30 Nov 2016 excluding travel in July & August 2016 and is subject to availability. The prize winner is responsible for providing comprehensive travel insurance, organising valid passport (s) and securing any necessary visas or complying with any other regulations prior to departure. The prize does not include any meals and drinks other than those stated, spending money, spa treatments, activities for which a fee is payable and any other hotel expenditure. The winner must hold a valid passport on the date of travel.

5) Prizes must be taken as offered, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. All stated prize values are at the supplier’s recommended retail price and are correct at the time of printing. John Brown excludes (so far as is permitted by law) all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense caused in connection to any competition.

6) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.

7) One entry per person. Multiple entries, submitted directly or with the use of any automated systems will not be entered into the draw. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be regarded as proof of delivery. Illegible entries or those not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified; any entry containing false, incomplete or misleading information will be ineligible for the draw.

8) By opting-in to receive further information from Sovereign and its sister companies within TUI Group, entrants agree that their personal details can be disclosed to Sovereign and its sister companies within TUI Group, and that they may use and store these details to provide further information about the company’s products.

9) By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. While every attempt will be made to contact the prize winner, the prize will be deemed forfeited if it has not been claimed by four weeks after the closing date (unless otherwise stated), and the promoter reserves the right to draw another winner.

10) The winners’ details (names and counties) will be available for six weeks by sending a SAE to Waitrose Food, John Brown Media,136-143 Bramley Road, London W10 6SR to be received after 28 January 2016.

11) This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
