Cheap Rustic Venue Hire North West

Hi,
Can anyone help me find a reasonable priced venue around the north west (warrington and outwards) that still looks in keeping with my rustic theme, just a wooden beam would do.
Anything I have found is just too pricey - I'm hoping to get room hire and food package for around £2000-£3000.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Arbrighton, I am hoping for a Friday in December and want to have the ceremony and reception in one place ideally, as thought this might keep costs down. Numbers we are looking at around 40 for reception and 70/80ish for evening. Thanks.0 -

Lots of places will be busy on December Fridays. This year?
Owen House Wedding Barn?
Hill Top country house?
Sandhole oak barn?
40 for reception isn't big at all but you are going to have to shop around. How far afield are you prepared to go?0 -
All of those are lovely, but out of my price range. I'm prepared to go reasonably far, cheshire, manchester, lancashire areas.
This year hopefully.0 -
Right, then I suspect most places with a rustic beam will be out of the question? :-( Unless it's a classy pub/ restaurant for a meal after a civil ceremony.
Or revised budget, for longer term with more saving, or reconsider the guest list.
Sorry, I thought i'd be able to suggest something but can't think of anything0 -
Wellbeing farm near Bolton
Mytton Fold near Blackburn
Turnpike Inn near Saddleworth
Quarry Bank Mill near Manchester Airport
Those are the ones I can think of that are budget friendly. Whereabouts do you live? In Cheshire East there are lots of community halls that may be suitable.0 -
Couldn't fault NT for our wedding at Dunham Massey last year so if you can make their options work, they will do a fab job0

How many guests and which day did you chose and would you mind sharing a rough cost of what you paid?0
