Hi
Is it possible to transfer only part of a current Isa and have the excess paid into a normal current account,also does transferring use up part of this years allowance.

If you want to transfer deposits made in the current tax year, you have to transfer all of them. For previous tax years, it depends on your ISA provider - most do allow it but some don't.
You should be able to make withdrawals of any amounts, but again, it is subject to the T&Cs you have.
Transfers never count towards your allowance.0
