Negotiation on New Build possible?
Comments
-
I've been in my house 2 years 4 months - bought at £217k for a 3 bed and they are now selling new at £315k for a three bed. I did get a lot of extras for free but the it was a different time then.
There are 4 buyers for every house on our development, and 40% of all buyers are coming through Help to Buy.
I would not worry too much about checking Zoopla and seeing pictures of "your" plot - my plot was the first lot built of its type and is now the stock photo for the housetype. My neighbours keep joking that my house is up for sale again!
Best way to find out how they are doing is to call up or email them from a dummy email account asking them what they have for sale right now.....0
