4 week old Beko washing machine has burning smell

Purchased a Beko washing machine for my elderly father on 2 December from a local Euronics retailer.
Worked perfectly until last week when a nasty burning smell developed when he switched it on.
Although I've registered the machine purchase with Beko, who do I contact about this getting looked at?

Did the transit bolts get taken out? Some people don't exaggerate........... They just remember big!0

The transit bolts will cause a noise not a smell. Get on to Beko direct, they promise to be out within 48 hours.
