I have brought a new flat and getting grips with the electric system. When turning the boiler system on, there is a rapid flashing red light which suggests a overheat safety trip.
Is this something i should be concerned about? I know the heating works but haven't tested the hot water yet.
Many Thanks

This from the manual: -
Normally, sensors S1/S2 are used to detect an overheat condition (over 95ºC) which will cause the red LED on the front control panel to flash (rapid).
Normally with a fault condition there is a reset button or turn power off/on. I assume that there is no power going through system, therefore it is not actually hot and therefore the sensors S1/S2 may be faulty. Time for a service chappie/chappess. See the manual for who to call. Manual is on this link: -
