weird credit card transfer

:beer: :beer: hi...i have just got a nat west credit card which is 0%.and i was planning to transfer my balance from a lloyds tsb card onto the nat west one.when i applied i mentioned this on my application,but when my new card arrived a letter was enclosed saying i had filled my application out wrong ...therefore they had not transfered this balance.i am sure i filled out the application properly.weird!!
4 months 3 weeks 6days 13hours and 19minutes without a cigarette..and im doing great (honest):beer:

Ohhhhhh change your font it's terrible. It appears your more than shouting, I would say screaming !!!!
Just to add to the above, I think you usually have about 6 months to transfer the balance. Just check the terms and conditions.0
