Terms of service - Vodafone keep cutting me off

To cut a long story short, Vodafone have made a completed screw up of my account with them, been a customer for years and years with no issues. I am half way through a two year contract with them and all of a sudden my payments are being logged and their systems seem to think i am in debt, when i am in fact in credit.

They keep applying credits to my account as compensation due to the issues i am having.

However they keep cutting my service, its happened 3 times in the last month and the last time i was in a situation where i really relied on it. I have to call up and keep explaining and kicking off at them and they reinstate the service.

They keep telling me they will put an exemption on the line so it won't be cut off but the same thing happens again.

At what point do Vodafone start to fail to provide me with the terms of service i am paying for? I made noises to them in my last call (that last 1.5hrs) that i wanted my contract cancelled and early termination fee waived but didn't get anywhere.

Many Thanks

Laurence

Honestly keep records of everything that's happened, chat logs, phone scribed conversations etc.

Then next time you get cut off id cancel my direct debit, (if there's a phone as part of it keep it to return to them/the money) and move to another provider

Three times cutting you off when you have paid correctly is more than enough grounds that they've broken their contract to you.
