Nationwide save to buy issue 3- are they standing by the cash back promise?

Me and my husband have been very loyal to nationwide by putting money away each month in to our save to buy account with pitiful interest return. Didn't mind this so much as if we take a mortgage out with then by having over 10000 in the account we'd be given 1000 cash back. However now our account t has automatically been changed to an issue 3 account and I've noticed it the small print the talk of cash back promise seems to be a bit iffy. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if nationwide are still giving the 1000 cash back or knows a better interest savings account and we should take our loyalty elsewhere. Being not able to take money out is a must for us and instant access just doesn't work for us.
