I no longer get PPI calls since adding teh call blocker, the phone rarely rings now, the only 2 people that call the house phone is my dad and one of the wifes sisters, everyone else calls on our mobiles.
About time we have a fibre BB deal without line rental that is not Virgin.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

Plusnet , mmm, IMO If you want a decent bb service as in full throughput levels 24/7 Aviod , if you want a reasonable level of customer support , Aviod , and that isn't just me advising you , in the BB market you only get what you pay for that is fact, Check out the countless threads on their customer forums that are tales of woe, https://community.plus.net/forum/index.php
I was also a victim /customer of BT's bargain basement sibling Plusnet , Within the last 2 years , and wouldn't use them again if it was free,
I currently pay a reasonable fee for my FTTC service on a 1 mth min term and pay a lot less for line rental and calls than what any of your big 4 rip off ISP's are charging , I prefer quality over price, every time plusnet doesn't know what quality is0 -

.errr.... that'll be my household then.. it also keeps the costs of the mobile contracts down if you don't need huge allowances when the anytime calls is a fiver a month on the landline, including 0845/0870 numbers... a fiver a month on the landline probably saves £60+ a month on mobile contracts in a household of 4......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -

People always make noise when things aren't right but very rarely praise when things are good, unless prompted to do so.
My experience of Plusnet has been great so completely different to you, they've been much better than all of my previous providers.
It seems a good deal to me, the 'upto 17mb' could be construed as misleading but it isn't, it does depend how close you are to the exchange and the quality of your line etc - My mate is a few hundred meters away from his and he consistently gets the full stated speed so it is possible.0 -
It's hard to understand the marketing on this one. If you click on the Broadband Only link they want to charge you £12.49 plus line rental for the same product without the phone!
£10-£30 cashback with Quidco/TCB0 -
Also a Plusnet supporter - any problems have been resolved quickly
I am also a mainly landline user - I do have a mobile sim only deal and last months bill was £0.00Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -

Talktalk are doing fibre (39:1) free for 12 months then £10/pm on an 18 months contract. Beware small print of £50 new connection fee for fibre.Science isn't exact, it's only confidence within limits.0
