Paying partially loan - credit score impact

Hi,
Happy new year to everyone.
I hae used a BarclaysLoan, preselected offer, to borrow 4k to buy a car, however now I only need only 1k.
How will affect my credit score if I decide to make an early payment of the 3k (the penalty is only 30 days interest of the amount I paying).
FYI: I could manage to payoff the whole loan, but I have heard that is good idea keep the loan for credit score (the interest is feasible for me). I have been over 1y with Barclaycard, paying in full, with no improvement of the credit score, keeping this loan might make difference.
Thanks

Read the many posts on this forum. Your credit core is a meaningless number sold to you by a CRA who do not lend money. The only thing that affects your future credit is your credit history, not some fictitious credit score the lenders do not see.
Having a credit record of borrowing money and paying it back is what affects your credit worthiness, not your credit score.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0
