Driver Awareness course South Wales

It is for a speeding offence 35 in a 30 zone
It does not say in the letter what the name of the course should be
From the TTC website the most apt course would be "Speed Awareness" but it would have been helpful to be told this in the letter.
How much does the course cost in South Wales?
And where are the venues in South Wales? (see below possibly answered)
And is it a 1 day course?
They say in their letter you can check online at
https://dors.police.uk
or book via www.ttc-uk.com (the website does not work very well with my browser but I am still trying as I type) ..... so far I found 2 options (near Pontypridd) Ocean Way in Cardiff or Bridgend. but no details on cost only after entering your details.
www.dyfed-powys-driver-retraining-courses.co.uk
Why are they not giving a South Wales website?
I don't want to put the driver no. in there, so has anyone got any experience of this here?

Could it be that you live in South Wales and the offence was committed in Dyfed-Powys?
If so then the initial offer will be based on where the offence was committed not where you reside. There was a system a while ago where you could apply to attend a course local to you but you will need to contact Dyfed-Powys to seek their guidance. They may insist that you attend a course within their force area.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
No, it was in Bridgend South Wales, the letter says the offender can attend anywhere in the country. I find it a bit strange they give dyfed police website and not South Wales Police.0

The NDORS site, where you login and select the course will have all the details of locations and prices.
It also statesYou have been invited by the Police to participate on an approved national driver offender retraining course. You can choose to take this course anywhere it is available and do not have to return to the place of the offence.
You can use this web site to see a list of course providers who are approved to deliver the course under the national collaborative arrangements. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

FYI...I attended a course just over a year ago. At the Holiday Inn just off the M4 Coldra roundabout near Newport.
Think it cost £85.
Course lasted a couple of hours. There are 10 types of people in the world. Those who understand binary, and those who don't!0 -
Ok I logged in to the NDORS site and it is £85 and it is a half day course
and I have the choice of Bridgend, Cardiff Ocean Way or Newport (same as above)
Thanks anyway.0
