Changing PCP to different company

I am in a 4 year PCP deal with Audi (solutions finance) they have stated that at around the 36 month period they will contact me and offer me a new deal on a new car. My question is at the 36 month point when Audi contact me can I then go to a different company, lets say Mercedes as an example, and take out a new deal with them or do I have to wait the full 4 years before going to a different company.
Apologies if this as been asked previously, many thanks.

If you plan on changing your car every three years, why not go for a 3 year PCP next time?

Payments wont be that much different, and you're likely to have a bit of equity left at the end of term, compared to it being touch and go at best but most likely zero at the 3 year point
