Blank Looks at Tesco (Great Customer service - Not).

So, The petrol pumps at our local tesco are so well used that the end of the nozzles are all peened over and on 3 occasions on 3 different cars at 3 different pumps I either could not get the nozzle into the fuel filler, or worse could not get it out.

The response at the cashier, was "Oh well, there's no point in mentioning it because they never do anything"

Then I fall over a broken drainage grill in the car park. I am uninjured and stay on my feet.

I go to customer service and explain the issue and "Oh well the car park isn't managed by us, but we will let them know, but they probably won't do anything"

I'm not sure that I'm seeing a consumer rights issue here, perhaps Praise, Vents & Warnings would have been a better board to post on.

They'e said they will report it to the management company, so what more do you want from them. As above, no consumer rights issue here.
