• The prize give away consists of the following; return economy class flights from a UK airport to Fuerteventura (subject to availability), 7 nights accommodation in the 4 Star Hotel Barcelo Fuerteventura Thalasso Spa on a half board basis and return overseas transfers. Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a twin or double room. The prize also includes a day spa pass for both the winner and their guest to the U-Spa plus £100 worth of treatments between both guests. The treatments must be booked when booking the holiday with icelolly.com as the treatments will be prepaid, and will be at the equivalent of Euros at the rate available at that time. The prize excludes departures over Christmas, the New Year and all UK bank holiday weekends. These dates being; departures from the 25th to 27th March 16, 29th and 30th April 16, 1st May 16, 27th to 29th May 16, 26th to 28th August 16 and the 16th December 16 to the 2nd January 17. All other dates are subject to availability. Subject to availability, departure airports include London Gatwick, Stansted, Birmingham, East Midlands, Liverpool, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bristol, Newcastle and Belfast. From the date of being awarded the prize, the featured holiday must be taken within twelve months and must be confirmed within three months of the winner being notified or the prize will be withdrawn. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that all travellers have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visa for their trip. Once the booking has been confirmed, any alteration to the booking will incur administrative charges, payable by the holiday prize winner. Prize excludes: Any departure/arrival taxes, these are to be paid locally by the winner; Ground transfers to and from the UK airport; excursions; attractions; treatments other than those provided above; car hire; travel insurance; spending money and any other personal expenses; visas and vaccinations. The tour operator’s booking conditions apply which will be confirmed at the time of booking. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
• The prize winner will be notified by email on or after Monday 1st February 2016. The winner’s name may also be published on Ideal World and icelolly.com social media. If a winner does not respond to Ideal’s phone call within 7 days of being notified by Ideal, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Ideal shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these rules, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Ideal shall be entitled to select another winner.
• The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative. Ideal reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time. Ideal accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
