"The Prize: There are two ‘Golden Ticket’ prizes to be won. The ‘Santa Monica Golden Ticket’ prize is for the ‘Super Juice Me!’ premiere in Santa Monica, California, USA on April 2nd 2016.
The ‘New York Golden Ticket’ prize is for the ‘Super Juice Me!’ premiere in New York, USA on April 9th 2016.
The ‘Golden Ticket’ Prize Includes:

• Economy return flights to New York (for the New York Golden Ticket prize winner and their chosenguest) or Los Angeles (for the Santa Monica Golden Ticket prize winner and their chosenguest).
• Three night’s hotel accommodation in either a twin or double room and breakfast. The hotel will be booked in advance by Juice Master Lt
• Return transfers between the USA airport and hotel. UK transfers, parking and any other airport expenses are not included.
• Two tickets to the ‘Super Juice Me!’ premiere and keynote speech for the winner and their chosen guest.
• A ‘Meet and Greet’ with Jason Vale on the day of the screening at a time pre-selected by the Juice Master Team (please note this could be subject to change if unforeseen circumstances should arise. Such as sudden illness).
• If the winner does not wish to take a guest, then no monetary equivalent or alternative prize shall be given in replacement for any aspect of the ‘guests’ prize.

Flights: Travel is restricted to the following dates, so all those entering the competition must be able to fly on the dates specified:

• The ‘Santa Monica Golden Ticket’ flights will be booked for travel into Santa Monica airport on April 1st 2016 and departing from the same airport on April 4th
• The ‘New York Golden Ticket’ flights will be booked for travel into a New York airport on April 8th 2016 and departing from the same airport on April 11th 2016
• The winners will be provided with economy flight options by the Juice Master team. Winners will then have until February 7th 2016 to provide Juice Master with:
• Their chosen flight times from the choices given
• All passport information for the winner and winner’s guest
• Visa/Esta details for the winner and winner’s guest"
