How do I prevent Neff oven bulb cover from sticking

Hi have a neff oven and the main oven bulb cover keeps sticking. Tapping with wood and hammer is the only thing that releases it but I don't want to do this every time the bulb needs changing. Is there anything I can do to prevent the cover from sticking in the first place. The removal tool they supply is pretty ineffectual.

I have had a similar issue with a Siemens oven and given the unit was only 6 months old I called them out and the fitter broke the glass and admitted its a big problem.

I am always careful not to tighten the glass too much when replacing the bulb even so it can still need a but of pressure to release it.

Oven glass covers are a real pain to get off. one trick I use, which has never failed me so far, is to wear marigold gloves. They provide great grip.
