clearly you know nothing about gala bingo car parks, although as its a free country you have the right to disagree

as I said, I know for a fact that Gala bingo refer you back to the PPC and wont get involved, personal experience on a pcn that I have fought, whereas yours is pure supposition

the basis of "comply or leave" is what these PPC,s put out on millions of pcn,s issued every year and is in almost any submissions by them to popla, the courts and the IAS

as I said, I know for a fact that Gala bingo refer you back to the PPC and wont get involved,

But why should they? Almost certainly, they do not own the land, and are probably just as much subject to the PPC's diktats as are
    their clients.

... whereas yours is pure supposition

As you could not possibly know, it is you who are speculating.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

almost certainly they DO own the land and engaged the PPC, it is YOU that is speculating, mainly because as an ex-uncivil servant you like to pontificate and speculate, or to attack others like me and ladies like @mpersand

    so I disagree too

so use the template appeal and dont indicate who was driving

also try to get the local club to cancel it, but I fear they will fob you off to Horizon on the grounds that you didnt follow the signage

the BPA CoP section #13 states a grace period to either comply or leave at the beginning of the parking event, this is considered to be no more than 10 minutes and could be less (but isnt normally published)
  • I visited the site today, there is nothing on the machine or the terms saying if the machine is out of use you must pay by phone. The machine simply said out of order on the screen..... I've took loads of photos, the signs were not all visible and in direct view of the main parking area. If I had seen the sign and known I would have left straight away. I've emailed them though appealing using the template.

Good. Your sigange photos can be used at POPLA stage, particularly if the amount of the parking charge of £85 is not in 'large lettering' and 'very prominent' which was part of the reasoning in the Beavis v PE case.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
