Seems to do everything i need, I can upload picture from my phone to it, no need for dropbox anymore.

I use Kodi/XBMC on my devices for media playback so no real need for their server, although i did find instructions and files on installing plex.

What will i be missing? Do not have a NAS currently so not sure what others install onto them.

It also has a torrent downloader that i probably wont use either. Being able to download a file and leave it for the NAS to get with the PC poweringoff maybe useful ut with a FTTC connection downloads do not take that long anyway.

What about the Buffalo box? 4 x 1Tb drives too small? 1TB wont be enough with a RAID1 and 2TB on RAID 1 would be a waste. Really need 2 or 3 TB drives.
