Under personal allowance and childcare vouchers.

Hi, we need more childcare vouchers, and we don't claim any with my wife's work, she earns 10200 ( and pays 4% pension) a year as she works part time. Would we benefit if claiming any(up to 243)

    Does she pay tax, yes then yes
    no then no

    its a tax free allowance, she should go to her employer and ask if they do them and they will do a basic earnings assessment

    If she doesn't pay tax, there would be no tax relief.

    You also can't use salary sacrifice to reduce your pay below NMW.
