bought: past and past participle of buy.I brought it from eBay, I don't know why its broken I just brought it like this. But that yellow thing wasn't on the screen when I brought it.
So you really can't prove either way that it hasn't been dropped during it's lifetime, and by the description you've given regarding it's condition it wouldn't surprise me if it had. I don't thing you'll get anywhere with the manufacturer, you need to take it up with the seller, assuming they are a business seller.0 -
Wasn't sold as spares or repairs was it?0

I don't think you are going to get any further with Lenovo. So it will either be seller or look at getting it repaired yourself if going back to the seller isn't an option.
From your description I would suggest that it is the graphics card or screen itself that is the problem. Try plugging the laptop into a monitor and see if the spots appear on the monitor. If they do then it is likely the graphics card. If not then it is likely the screen which is the problem.
Replacements screens can be picked on eBay.
If it the graphics card which is the problem then it is likely that the motherboard will need replacing. This is because the majority of laptops have an integrated graphics card (it is part of the motherboard). This can be expensive and it is often not worth it versus buying a new laptop.0 -
