Tesco.com Food Processor - good price/good service

Went looking to replace my old Argos Value Food Processor (which has developed a very scary burning smell). Argos let me down with shenanigans over whether the price in the in-store catalog is final or not (turns out not).
Anyhoo, I went online and found a Kenwood item at the same price as Argos Value (£17) on Tesco.com. Ordered it up as a click & collect item. Delivery at the store was less than 24 hours later. Although I got there after the C&C desk had shut, the staff kindly fetched the parcel out of the store room for me, and off I went. Very nice staff, and it always impresses me when a retailer goes out of their way to help even if I as a customer have messed-up.
Here's the Tesco listing....

The only issue is that it doesn't tell you what bits it comes with. Here's the comparable John Lewis listing...

The Tesco one includes everything there except the juicer and spatula.
BTW if anyone from JL is reading this, you lost out because of your £2 charge for Click & Collect - why should I pay you to distribute your goods on your distribution network so I can buy them from you at your store?

I so agree with you about the JL C+C charge - they have lost my custom several times since they introduced it.0
