I have completely removed the small claims section because it would be misleading to have anything pre-Beavis still showing, in most cases. I now just say - if you have a court claim, start your own thread, which is what this poster has done and the Prankster has assisted with a defence and an offer to lay rep. You can't get a better offer than that.
That's all the OP needs and is much better than pointing people to old templates they don't understand and will use and lose.
Once we see the lie of the land in 2016 then the NEWBIES thread could have something more about small claims. But not yet, IMHO.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
