    Best to ring soon after they open at 8am, people have said. They're open tomorrow and then Monday according to the website.

    Did you receive after 5 April 2015? If so, that could be the amount coded out.

    do you mean if i received my benefits after 5th April? Yeah, I started claiming JSA on 8th april 2015 up until 4th oct 2015.

    Why? do you have to pay back any JSA you get? Or does this cut the amount of Personal Allowance you get. In total I had claimed 1430.96 in that time.

    I'm sorry if that's why I was given the tax code, I had no idea

    You don't pay it back but it's taxable.
