There is a limit of one entry to the competition per household. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

13) The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

PRICE

14) The prize is for one voucher to a one-hour Mercedes-Benz 4x4 driving experience at Mercedes-Benz World and five are available to be won.

15) The experience is valid until 30 October 2016 and can be redeemed 7 days a week.

16) Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

17) The Winner will be responsible for their travel costs to and from Mercedes-Benz Brooklands and all other costs and expenses of attending the driving experience. Food and refreshments are not provided as part of the track experience.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

18) The decision of the Promoter (or the judges nominated by the Promoter) is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

19) The Promoter will notify the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Closing Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry.

20) To receive details of the winner, please send a self-addressed envelope after 31 January 2015 to Top Gear Magazine Creative Solutions, Vineyard House, 44 Brook Green, Hammersmith, W6 7BT.


CLAIMING THE PRIZE

20) The winner must have a valid driving UK licence. Photocopies of the winners’ driving licence must be provided via post or email when confirming attendance and physical copies brought to the driving experience

21) The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available within two days of days of the Closing Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

22) The nature of the driving experience means some personal risk may be involved. The winners and their guest must notify the Promoter upon acceptance of the invitation to the driving experience of any medical condition or other issue which may affect their ability to drive safely or which would otherwise mean that their participation in the driving experience would be inadvisable, unsafe or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

23) The winner will be required to sign the Mercedes-Benz World Driving Risk Acknowledgement prior to undertaking the experience. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

24) Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

2) The title of the competition is the Top Gear – Mercedes-Benz 4x4 Driving Experience.

3) Five winners will be chosen at random from a pool of entrants who correctly answer the Competition Question (as defined below).
Winners will receive one voucher to a Mercedes-Benz AMG driving experience at Mercedes-Benz World, Brooklands Drive, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0SL.

ENTRY:

4) The competition will run from 00:01 on 30 December 2015 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 on 17 January 2016 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

5) All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
