  • Think it was from there Facebook page - maybe look on there?
I assume you have a co-op share card? They often send out vouchers for money off spends, could you count that? Xxx
Hoping to stick to the challenge this year!!
    Make £5 a day for 366 started Dec 2019
    YTD £ £ 78.23/£1£1,825
    Cash - £ 48.23 Vouchers - £ 30

    Wombling into 2020 £38.78
  • I was thinking maybe if you keep an eye on the freebie websites you could get freebies of things you would normal use - do have pets? There are often pet food samples available, that would decrease your grocery spend and be easier than remembering to use coupons. The other option is Try Me Free, or money back guarentee products? Then you only have to remember to send of the claim?
Just some of my mind ramblings, feel free to ignore!
Your challenge is motivating me to 'think outside the box'

    Hi Stressed Mum

That sounds a good idea, I am terrible for remembering to use coupons. I've seen the extreme couponing on tv and it is amazing how people can cut their shopping bill down.

Your signature shows some great successes!

    Thank you Jubilee,
I am very motivated at the moment, a lot of the money has come from me forgetting to do surveys a lot last year and leaving most of my account almost ready to pay out. It will take me quite a while to build them back up, but I am trying to stay on top of them now

    Hello there

I've just signed up to PopulusLive. Have you got much experience with this one? Looking forward to the email invites to surveys now to make my first £50.

I'm finding my way around instaGC- thank you for the link. See how that one goes.

I had an error message with Panelbase but I'm hoping that has now been fixed so that's next on my list.

I'm going to think about a list of targets with each area for each day...I need to keep focus!

Would love to read your article, will be very helpful thank you.

    Jubilee x

Yes i used populuslive - it will take a bit of time to get to the £50 but it does tick along nicely :) My suggestion is to have a separate email address just for your survey sites which you can check daily - you will get lots of invites once you start signing up to them all and i find working through them works well :)

On Instagc i tend to do the minute wall clicks mainly - just be careful if doing any offers (use a spam email maybe and don't sign up to anything paid or requires payment details).

I will PM you with blog link - do just ask if you have any questions though ;) xx

Oh no ramblings are great :) i do have a freebies step on my challenge list, but not a try me free one - will have to add that! Am glad the challenge is helping you to think about these things - in some way out of the box thinking is part of it (ie thinking about the small steps instead of the big target and finding new things to do as well to keep motivated!)

Are you going to join in with us too StressedMum? Would be lovely to have you earning while thinking too ;) xx

Oh and yes i have a co-op card and you get coupons for the next shop pretty often. Problem is i nearly always miss the dates on them as i don't shop very frequently lol!

lol it tastes better than it sounds :rotfl:

With xmas vouchers I bought a water bottle which lets you put fruit/cucumber in the middle bit and the flavour infuses into the water so tastes quite fresh. I'm trying a concoction which they call flat tummy water. Lemon, mint, ginger and cucumber. It does taste nice and if nothing else I'm drinking more water each day. Might try a berry version soon.

I've lost 8 pounds since 4th Jan so feeling bit better after eating all that gorgeous food over xmas

    :D

Wow well done on the weight loss - thats good going to have lost 8lbs already! I tend to buy the frozen fruit berries and add to my glass of water - fruity ice cubes :D hehehe

Are you working on any of the £1 steps at the min? I'm trying to do app trailers today - almost up to 500 points but not sure how much that is lol!

  • I'm working alongside!! £10,000 seems a bit scary to me, and I want to keep money I make this year for an emergency fund, I have set my target at £5/day but I'm hoping to make more. I am tapping into your ideas tho!!
App trailers for 500 points is about 34p at the moment, I cashed out this week

Thanks for the info on app trailers - need to increase that target to about 1500 points for my £1 then :)

Would you like a copy of my £5 a day plan? I have written that quite recently ;)

Yes please I would love your plan, do you have you 10,000 steps written out, as far as you have got yet? Would love those too!
