Sofa Bed - Dreams

Your kind advice would be appreciated.

I paid in full for a sofa bed to be delivered to my sons house today. I paid extra £35 so they would take it upstairs and unpack it in the bedroom.

My son told me this afternoon that they had trouble getting it up the stairs and had scraped paintwork off the wall on the way up.
On close inspection after they had left there are dirty hand prints on the sofa bed.

I have emailed Dreams and waiting for reply, which they say takes up to 5 days, but wondered if you can give me advice on my rights.

Your rights are for the supplier to rectify any damage they have caused.
