A quick question. For claiming against a faulty service carried out and paid for in April of this year (but rectified by another company in December) should I be quoting the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, rather than the Consumer Rights Act 2015?

As the work was carried out before 1st October this year, The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 is applicable.A quick question. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 came into effect on 1st October 2015.
Just to add that the rectification work by the second company comes under The Consumer Right Act.0
