Business ppi

I bought my partner out of my business in 2008 taking on all the debts and loans that we had at the time I have recently been paid some ppi relating to that loan would my ex partner be entitled to any of the payout

    it would largely depend on the contract signed in relation to the business sale. However, you would expect that the sale involved the partner giving up rights to business assets and the refund is a business asset.

  • That's what I thought we really only had a verbal agreement as we're friends but he has since died I wouldn't of gone back to him if they wanted money?
