Current best rates 30.12.15

I'm trying to find the the best 3-year fixed term investment account rate.
The MSE website now shows Axis Bank at 2.55% AER. But First Save (the best until very recently) still shows 2.73% on its website (I'm not allowed to post it.)
Am I getting something wrong?

it might be something to do with early closure/withdrawal penalties that put Axis ahead in terms of interest#141 - Save £3k in 2016 challenge - #141
Current savings: £901.06 / £3k

Thanks: it seems possible, though I thought matters like that were usually picked up separately from the bare data on rates/length of time etc. If I haven't misinterpreted it I wondered whether it was a simple mistake. Not sure if there is anywhere to ask other than on this forum.0

MSE isn't always right. Get the best rate you can wherever it is. I assume you've already filled the 5% accounts?Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -
Thanks for both of the above. The First Save 3-year bond is not on the moneyfacts site linked above either (though the 5-year is). A bit unsettling.0
