Payplan don't do anything you can't do. The worst part of the DMP is getting it set up. If payplan decide to suspend your plan for some reason then you would just send a new budget to all your creditors, tell them how much they will be getting and set up the standing orders. Easy peasey. Your creditors wont care whether you pay directly or whether it comes via payplan. All they care about is getting paid.
Just explain to payplan you've had a bad year with illness and family issues.

  • Thanks Df. That's what I'll do.
  • Don't send them your statements. I never have and they've never pursued it. I just send photocopies of my wage slip. Whatever you decide, don't worry about it, you've got enough on and I'm pretty sure payplan wouldn't want to intentionally add to your stress.
  • Thanks very much ;)
It's just the new way of reviewing things freaked me out a bit .
If I just talked to my case officer as ususak, instead of sending opies of bank statements and wage slips I would be a lot happier.
