you only owe 2 days showthem the working or ask for theirs so you can show where it is wrong.
Did you have any Sat off? if they are included in the days taken but only got paid for 4/7 hours you may owe less.0 -
its weird how my saturdays work...i do every other saturday 7 hours the hours for each saturday are halved and added to my weekly hours to take it from 34.5 to 37.5.
working week = 37.5 hrs
4 x 8.5 hrs = 34.5 + 3 saturday hours.
In a 5 week month i put that saturdays hours as overtime0 -
There is no such thing as a 5 week month, there is a 5 sat month which is different.
For holidays what is key is the hours you are contracted to work(overtime is up in the air) and getting 5.6 weeks worth of those.
From the information you have supplied they have it wrong(by about a day) but without their workings for your period of employment it will be difficult to work out why.
If not happy the obvious answer is to find another job(easier said than done) or negotiate better terms.
Next up is the commissions are you getting them now?0 -
Do you only get a month to claim your commission?
If you can claim it whenever, I would ask the company to workout how much they owe you in commission and then take the money you owe them from that money. I've never worked for a job that offered commission, so I don't know if this is possible.
Do you have proof the managers signed? If not, could you ask for it?0
