Current Account Switching Rewards

Hello all,

Quick question. Regarding the cash rewards on offer for switching current accounts at the moment (Halifax, M&S, HSBC, First Direct), is it possible to switch from one to the other as soon as you receive the bonus? It almost sounds too good to be true.

I currently have a joint account with my mum with RBS as I work overseas, and my plan was to open another basic current account with them in my name and then just move it around as soon as the bonus came in. Anyone else tried this?

    Last time I looked at the T&Cs of those you mention, there was no minimum time you needed to hold the account. But T&Cs do change all the time, so you should check the most current ones for yourself.
