ESA renewal form PDF?

Hello,

Is it possible to download a ESA renewal form to fill in using a computer?

i have looked online at https://www.gov.uk but the form seems to be an initial claim form. I've been sent a renewal form through the post but I would find it much easier to type it in.

Does anyone know if you can get one please?

Thanks in advance

I've not had an ESA renewal yet, But I can only assume they send you a new ESA50.

    You can download it here,

    https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/421191/esa-50-capability-for-work-questionnaire.pdf

And adobe allows you to add text and tick boxes etc, I do this all the time because my hand writing is bad... And it's good cause you always have a copy.

It should be noted that an ESA50 is only for medical reassessment during an existing live claim. But then what happened to your original ESA50?

If your claim is closed then a "new claim" form (ESA1) cannot be downloaded. But it can be picked up from a jobcentre. However if you do the claim by phone not only is the call free of charge but your claim will not "go missing in the post".

Yes the ESA1 can be downloaded, I downloaded and filled it in using PDF viewers, Printed and sent.

But why would you need an ESA1 for a renewal the claim doesn't get closed, They only close if you fail the medical, Then you would need an ESA1 for a completely new claim.

The only forms that can't be downloaded are PIP as they are barcoded.

It depends what the OP means by "ESA renewal" they might be claiming again after working or being abroad or whatever.

Your confusing things, The OP needs to renew the esa claim after a period of time stated by the medical examiner or the decision maker, And is required to go for a new medical and will need to complete an ESA50,

Claims still get paid during the review and will continue as long the claimant is found not fit for work.

I'm not confusing anything. The OP has not been clear and I have answered two possible scenarios. There could even be a third scenario we have not thought of, for example, applying for a further 365days of ESA Conts.

You have assumed the OP is talking about an ESA50 whereas I have assumed nothing.

Let's wait and see what the OP was talking about before discussing any further.
