Parcel Lost in Delivery?

Hello, I bought a pair os beats headphones a few years ago from Argos. They recently broke and luckily I bought the warranty and Argos asked me to contact their repair service who use a company called Console Doctor. Everything went fine and Console Doctor sent me out an envelope that contained a label, some attached forums and even a map to local Collect+ Stores where I could drop of my headphones.

I dropped my headphones off on the 16th of December and yesterday noticing it has been 12 days and I still hadn't received any notice of delivery from Console Doctor I checked the tracking number on my receipt of postage and it said the parcel had been dispatched from my local cities depot a few hours after I posted it but there had been no update since the 16th. I emailed Console Doctor and they informed me they thought the parcel could of been lost as they can also see that the tracking hasn't been updated.

A few hours later Console Doctor email me saying
"I have contacted C+ to try and get an update regarding the receipt you provided me below. They advised me that the tracking and parcel number on that receipt link up to a delivery to a company called Very, not Console Doctor. We would not be able to proceed any further looking into this as this delivery is not addressed to our company.
Do you have the C+ receipt that you were given for the headphones that you dispatched to our company?"
I replied and told them clearly something was wrong I had never heard of Very or there is no possible way my parcel could of been sent to them by my end. I attached the label Console Doctor gave me and dropped off my parcel. They replied again.
I am not certain, that is just the information that I was provided. After inspecting the receipt that you have emailed to me, I can see that the parcel number is not one of our parcel numbers (they begin 8T5, rather than 451).
If that is the receipt that links to the delivery of your headphones, I am afraid that we would not be able to assist with this any further as the parcel has not been sent to our company. I have double checked the parcel numbers for both labels that we printed and provided (first on 10/08/15, second on 25/11/15) and neither have been used. As neither labels that we provided have been used for this delivery I am afraid that we cannot help any further.
I could only think to recommend contacting Collect+ to try and clear this matter up - their number is 08445035400.
I will contact Collect+ in the morning but I feel like this looks awfully funny that my parcel leaves it depot and there has been no update and then all of a sudden it turns out that my parcel has been sent to Very (who happen to be one of Collect+ biggest delivery clients). I know there is no possible way that I sent another label as there was none to mix it up something has gone wrong on Collect+s end.
I was wondering if anyone has experience anything like this and if anyone knew what I should do in the event Collect+ is no help, what rights do I have to what looks like a worthless delivery receipt. Do I contact Argos? Console Doctor? or Collect+
Thanks Guys
