How to follow up feedback given to me

I would appreciate if someone could tell me how to follow up feedback I've received. I did it years ago but have checked my selling manager page and also seller central but can't find the instructions on how to do this.

The buyer left me feedback saying 'There were 3 holes not just 1'. I do know that there were no holes in the top as I thoroughly check everything before I wrap the items and I wouldn't send anything with any damage. I then went into her feedback which she has left for other sellers and the last six entries, over the last month, she's left that very same feedback......very strange!

I do need to follow up with a reply as that comment could put other people off buying from me but I can't find how to do this. Any help gratefully appreciated!

Thanks so much for the link, campdave! I should have googled it but just thought on trying to find it on EBay. Job done! Very much appreciated for taking the time to reply and send me the link. :T

Oddly enough I had very similar feedback left for me a year or two ago- something about a top - when I had sold the buyer a book!

I phoned ebay, they saw that she left the same feedback for everyone and said they could remove mine if they wished as it obviously did not relate to the book I sold.

I can understand using cut and paste and leaving the same feedback unintentionally if doing it in bulk (I've done that myself) but not when it spans a year or more. I can only assume there are some very strange people on ebay.

When I use my iPad to leave feedback-the last feedback still remains in view so it's possible to accidentally repost it

I used to type feedback for each item, i now leave a simple thanks for most or thanks and arrived quickly for those that arrive faster than expected.
