Opus - anyone on here worked for them?

In September 2011 Opus closed my account but didn't tell me about it.
I'd had a 5.9% APR for life of balance promotional rate, which they did in fairness honour after closing my account.
If you work / worked at Opus, or experienced something similar, did they selectively close a lot of accounts in or around September 2011? I suspect they closed it because a). I wasn't a profitable customer or b). because I never used the card after making the balance transfer.
Opus can't tell me why they closed my account, which is why I'm trying to find out. My credit rating etc was fine. A code entered on their computer system suggests I asked for my account to be closed but I know that wasn't the case; although I'd have transferred the remaining balance to a 0% promotion had I have known I couldn't ever use the card again, I wouldn't actively have asked Opus to close my account when I had a 'for life of balance' promotional rate.

It would have been closed for dormancy.0

Wouldn't they just tell me that though, and wouldn't there be a separate code for dormancy rather than customer request?0
