    Have done the Entitelto benefits calculator and its saying £230.85 per week Pension Credit Guaranteed Credit

    That's the standard minimum guarantee for a couple on Pension Credit (PC). There can be additions for disability and caring which may apply in this case. There can be an addition for housing costs which apparently used to apply to your father's sole PC claim but no longer applies. The resulting total is the "appropriate amount". If your father gets £190 State Pension and there is no other relevant income (or deemed income from savings above £10,000) then this would be topped up to the appropriate amount. As mentioned your mother's income-related ESA claim would have to cease if a joint PC claim were to be made.

    Thank you for your advice I forgot to mention both parents get DLA as well?
