PPI Review

Hello,
I'm feeling a little unnerved about a letter received regarding a PPI claim that is being reviewed. Does anybody have experience with this? I'm more worried to think they may try to reclaim any money paid out.
Is it likely that it will either be fine or that they underpaid or do you think they really would take money from me?
Mum had gone through the rigmarole of claiming last year, she was given some money in October 2014. Unfortunately she died earlier this year. I'm in the process of becoming executor and have approved all estate values and assets to go to court for a Grant of Probate/Bond of Caution. The following week, the PPI review letter arrived. I have alerted my solicitor but I'm unnerved thinking I may need to take money from the estate to return to PPI people.
I just need reassurance! I'll backtrack on Mum's PPI claims paperwork to locate the relevant claim. I'm hoping it's one of the original rejected claims but won't hold my breath...
