Disappointed twice

Won two comps in December. A rarity for me. One with Classic FM Tickets to a concert. The lady called whilst I was driving home from school pick up and promised to send over email with details. It never came and her call left no number for me to call her back. Tried messaging their facebook page who responded and said someone would get back to me. Never heard a thing and concert has been and gone. Then won tickets to show in London for tonight. Nothing has been confirmed. Called/emailed lady I was dealing with but office shut til New Year. Called theatre who say no tickets in my name. As I rarely win I'm feeling so deflated.
January 2012 Debenhams Goodie Bag and Conor Maynard Tickets (= happy teenage daughter!).

    Got an email from prize handler early this morning. Presumably on her way into work she turned work phone on and asked if I got her text and enjoyed the show 😡 not realising I'd been in contact with theatre who confirmed there were no tickets in my name. I advised her of this straight away but have not heard back from her. I'm more annoyed she has lied to me.

    I would be inclined to believe her, if I had lied and not sent the tickets on I certainly wouldn't then rub salt in the wounds/stir things up by e-mailing to ask if you enjoyed the show.
    Hopefully once they have caught up after the holiday you will get something positive out of it.

    She said she had organised them, today, but had not confirmed them before Christmas and they were for last week. The theatre checked and had no tickets for me on the guest list and I know I did not get a text. As an oldie they are rare for me. I've had 7 in the six months I've had my phone and kept them all!

    Have you had anything in writing from them to confirm?

    Keep on at them, even though you've missed the tickets they should compensate you if it's their fault..
