I have an Ultraviolet account, and can download digital copies of DVDs I've bought. Having acquired a new tablet I wanted to download my existing library onto it. I input my username ( =email address) and what I thought was my password, which it rejected. Eventually I clicked "forgotten password" and was emailed temporary password ( which the accompanying email said was valid for up to 3 days)

However whenever I try to input that temporary password, it returns a "password expired" message.

Any ideas, please ??
